Viognier

Intense straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. On the nose, it is intense and complex, showing notes of yellow flowers, Saturn peach and tertiary aromas of toast, vanilla and hazelnut.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, with remarkable savouriness, echoing the complexity perceived on the nose. The finish is exceptionally long, with a balsamic and spicy aftertaste. A powerful wine that still retains freshness.

Fermentation:

Fermentation takes place spontaneously in 225 L French oak barriques and 500 L tonneaux. Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous.

Ageing:

Aged for 10 months in barriques and tonneaux on noble lees.
