Viognier, Chardonnay

Bright straw-yellow colour. The pronounced bouquet is marked by notes of acacia flowers, lemon leaf and tropical fruits, with hints of iodine.

The palate is rich and pleasant, with a soft entry, excellent minerality and freshness that encourages drinking, while maintaining good structure and a full, enjoyable finish. Extremely versatile in food pairings.

Fermentation:

70% of the grapes are fermented in concrete, while the remaining 30% are fermented in French barriques and tonneaux.

Ageing:

Aged for 6 months on fine lees in raw concrete and oak barriques.
