The La Pace vineyard is as much a discovery as it is a creation

The seven-hectare pocket of land is cast in the Metalliferous Hills, between Massa Marittima and the gorgeous Gulf of Follonica.

Here we grow vines of international caliber that transcend borders and conventions. Our protagonist is Cabernet Franc, a noble variety that is extraordinarily well-suited to our terroir and gives us wine that is as intense as it is elegant.

We are a benefit company

As a benefit company, we are inherently committed to the well-being of our land and the territory; our community and that which surrounds us; our customers and our suppliers.

Our vineyard and our winery are both certified organic. Our experienced team harvests and selects all grapes manually. We limit our annual production to 30,000 bottles to care for every detail. Photovoltaic energy powers all our operations and we source our packaging locally and sustainably.

The Story

Our wines honor our history

Prima Viola: so called in honor of Tommaso Valdinoci, Simone’s grandfather and formerly the first viola at the La Scala Theater in Milan.

Nina: dedicated to Simone’s life partner and source of inspiration.

Pittoresco: owes its name to the temperament of the sculptor and painter Marianita Valdinoci, Simone’s mother.

Silvano: a tribute to Simone’s charismatic father.
