The 2016 vintage featured a balanced climate with perfect conditions for the grapes’ maturation. The White Label embodies the freshness of this vintage. After seven months of fermentation in French oak, the optimal in-bottle aging period overlaid mineral and balsamic notes as well as touches of maquis shrubland to this wine, resulting in a gustatory finesse and elegance in which Chardonnay and Viognier blend perfectly.
The sip is fresh, mineral and scrumptious, and is characterized by typical highlights of citrus and pineapple.
This wine is an excellent accompaniment to Mediterranean seafood delicacies but can also make for a standout aperitif.
