At La Pace we grow biologically a limited number of olive trees mostly over 50 years old. The olives are picked manually and pressed with a slow-motion process, at ambient temperature. The yield is kept low (around 12 liters of oil per 100 kg of olives) in order to extract only the top quality. The La Pace extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a golden-greenish color, a low level of acidity and a wonderful fresh-fruity and sweet-spicy taste.
The personal care that our olives receive guarantees the highest quality oil. Please keep your La Pace olive oil in a protected place with a temperature between 16 and 18 Celsius degrees.
