Fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels
2016 turned out to be a perfect vintage for our Viognier. The typical citrus scents of the Viognier are here enriched by delicate hints of boisé and vanilla. The aromatic frame of this wine is complex and fresh at the same time, revealing the distinguishing features of the terroir. Elegant and rich in the mouth, its well-balanced slight mineral acidity makes this wine an excellent companion to many dishes.
We recommend it with Mediterranean seafood, white meats, and soft cheeses.
