The distillation of juicy marc that is still fresh off separation from the must allows for a full extraction of its aromatic complexities. Thereafter, the grappa rests in French oak barrels for 18 months.
The eye is charmed by a rich amber hue and the nose by vigorous hints of vanilla, cocoa and tobacco. The elegant palate has a balanced aromatic roundness defined by persistence and silkiness.
